Shipment Tracking

You can track all your orders from your user. Likewise, once we ship your order we will inform you by Email the tracking number and the carrier to track your order.

What are the Shipping Costs?

Shipping costs include:

    • Adequate packaging (cardboard boxes, bubble filling, inner protection, etc.)
    • Transportation
    • Insurance
    • Customs clearance at origin (Colombia).

How should you proceed when receiving a shipment?

All our items leave the warehouses in perfect condition with the appropriate packaging so that they do not suffer during the journey and their handling.

The first thing to do is to check that the number of packages received matches those sent. Secondly, to check each package externally in order to find signs of having been beaten or manipulated, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals or any sign that may make you suspect that the merchandise may be damaged.

It is mandatory to leave a signature on the carrier delivery note, whether on paper or digital (PDA), that states "VISUALLY DETERIORATED PACKAGE" if these signs are present.

Not signing a package as VISUALLY DETERIORATED and then submitting images that show that there was visible damage on it, will not be valid as a complaint.
