How to proceed in case of incident?
Incidence within 24/48 hours of receipt of the order and with symptoms of "Deteriorated Package":
All our items leave the warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition. If you observe externally damage when receiving the package; It's ESSENTIAL that you state this on the courier delivery note, indicating for example: "VISUALLY DETERIORATED PACKAGE".
If you report this incident within 24 hours of receiving the order attaching the courier delivery note, we can claim the courier insurance. In this way, once the incident is resolved, we can send you a new product.
Incidents after 48 hours. of receipt of the order:
When a customer calls to complain about an anomaly they find, they will get the necessary attention. However, due to the nature of food products, returns will not be accepted.
Our Customer Service will not accept incidents derived from misuse of the product or those notified after the deadline. Pre-acceptance of the draft does not imply full acceptance of the refund. You will know the amount that will be reimbursed in the final evaluation of our Customer Service Department.
In which cases will Coffee Bean and Birds not return 100% of the value of the product?
- When the products show clear symptoms of misuse or arrive in an unhealthy condition.
- In the case of products without the box, or with transport stickers that make them unusable boxes, 50% of the value of the product will be discounted.
- In the case of bags with missing content or those whose description of the breakdown does not correspond to reality, the payment will not be made.
When is the refund money refunded?
Once our Customer service department checks the products status, the amount will be reimbursed according to the payment method made by the customer.
What happens if an order cannot be delivered to you?
When an order is not received by the recipient, it is returned to our warehouse. Once it is received, the Administration department will process the payment.
VERY IMPORTANT
The shipment of the order, as well as the return to the warehouse, cause transport costs, which will have to be covered by the person who placed the order. Therefore, you will receive a payment corresponding to the return of the order, discounting the round trip postage.
