An eternal favourite, this exquisite 100% Arabica combines notes of cracked cocoa and the zest of ripe limes with a lively medium roast. The gentle acidity of citrus and sweet notes of honey unite to create the perfect aromatic brew.

 

Grown in Nariño since 1954, between the highlands of Volcanoes Doña Juana and Galeras in the south-western region of Colombia at elevations of 1,650 metres above sea level, and sourounded by the spring tributaries of Mayo River, this washed and sun-dried coffee yields beautifully ripened beans excellent for a sweet cup at any time of the day. A brew of laughter and sunlight.

 

To experience this coffee, besides of being filtered, it could be served with the addition of cream, milk or sugar. For experiencing the best of this coffee use the following preparation methods: French press, the Italian coffee maker, Chemex and the Japanese coffee syphon.
