The mild and stable temperatures of Ciudad Bolivar (18 - 22 Celsius degrees) in the center of the Andean Mountains, as well as La Gabriela's 26 hectares of leafy trees prove to be the ideal conditions for an outstanding coffee production.
Cultivated at an altitude between 1,350 and 1,600 metres, the ripe cherries are picked by hand and washed in clear mountain spring water before they are sundried during 30 days. As a result, it is obtained an expressive brew with delicate notes of dark chocolate. The fresh and fruity aroma make for a delightful cup.
